- Local sightseeing, subject to available time. Special care for senior citizens.
- Round-trip helicopter flying charges from Dehradun. All applicable taxes, royalties, and levies.
Important Note:
- As this is an NSOP (Non-Scheduled Operator Permit) flight, timings are tentative and subject to permissions and weather conditions. It is advisable to book your return flight with a buffer day to accommodate any potential delays.
- The package does not include any services on the final day in Dehradun, apart from the drop-off at your departure point.

Terms & Conditions
Flexible Flying Time:
- Flying times depend on permissions and weather. Changes may occur due to weather or technical reasons.
Body Weight Limitation:
- Helicopters accommodate up to 6 passengers with a total weight limit of 445 kg.
- Accurate body weight must be provided at booking. Passengers exceeding the provided weight may be de-boarded without a refund.
- Passengers above 75 kg are charged INR 2,500 per kg excess (or INR 3,000 per kg if the given weight is inaccurate).
- Payment is collected in Dehradun before the flight.
Luggage Weight:
- Each passenger may carry 1 soft bag (max 5 kg). Hard-case or oversized luggage is not allowed.
Flying Schedule:
- The sequence of Dhams may vary due to weather, technical issues, or permissions.
- Departure times and sequences are subject to change. Hotel Accommodation:
- Zourney.In may change hotels at origins/destinations due to availability.
- Groups over 6 passengers may stay in separate hotels due to weight distribution requirements.
- Rooms are double or triple occupancy. Single occupancy costs an additional INR 45,000 per person (tax included).
Bad Weather Conditions:
- Flying is subject to weather and force majeure factors (e.g., delays, NOTAMs, technical issues, or crew illness).
- Itinerary adjustments may result in partial coverage (e.g., Dodham, Ekdham). Proportional refunds apply if any Dham is missed.
Medical/Special Conditions:
- Passengers must inform in advance about medical or special conditions. Non- disclosure may result in de-boarding.
Airport Transfers:
- Provided only on arrival/departure days. Transfers to Haridwar/Rishikesh cost INR 8,000 per cab.
Passenger Grouping:
- Groups of 6 passengers will share a single vehicle. Passengers may switch helicopters for weight safety.
Infants:
- Infants under 2 years travel free with valid
Rescheduling & Cancellation:
- Rescheduling 30+ days before the tour incurs a 20% fee. Less than 30 days’ notice requires a fresh booking.
Cancellation:
- 30+ days: 40% cancellation fee. 0–30 days: No refund.
Force Majeure Refunds:
- Refund of INR 15,000 per person for 3 completed Dhams, excluding other costs. No refunds for unused services or additional expenses.
Important Guidelines
Flying Schedule & Helipad Waiting Times:
- Flight timings communicated the night before. Delays may occur.
- Expect up to 2 hours waiting time at helipads due to operational factors.
Final Day Departure:
- Early departure from Badrinath to avoid bad weather. Breakfast may be skipped.
Documents Required:
- Aadhar Card (Indian nationals) or Passport (foreign nationals) is mandatory.
Accommodation & Transfers:
- Final property list shared 30 days prior. Transfers to Haridwar/Rishikesh are additional.
Donations & Additional Costs:
- Donations, tips, and porter charges (except Yamunotri) are not included.
Mobile Network:
- Airtel, Jio, and BSNL are available at all locations.
Add-ons & Customization:
- Last-minute changes or add-ons are not allowed; requests must be made in advance.
