Canceling Your Holiday
You or anyone in your group can cancel your travel arrangements at any time. To do so, the person who made the booking must send a written notice or email to us. Cancellation charges will apply as per the policy below.
If We Change or Cancel Your Holiday
We plan everything in advance, so changes are rare. However, if changes are necessary, we’ll inform you as soon as possible. We also have the right to cancel your holiday for any reason, and we will explain the situation to you.
If we can’t provide the booked travel arrangements due to factors beyond our control (like bad weather), we’ll try to offer alternative dates if the tour hasn’t started. If the tour has already begun, we will refund part of the cost based on how much of the tour you’ve used. However, our liability is limited to refunding only the price we charged for the tour.
Changing Your Holiday Plans
After services are confirmed, if you want to change anything (like your departure date or accommodation), we’ll try our best to make the changes, but it may not always be possible. Any requests for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. You will be responsible for any costs associated with making changes.
If You Have a Complaint
If something goes wrong during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (hotel, transport, etc.) or our representative immediately so we can help resolve the issue. If it’s not resolved locally, please send us a written complaint within 28 days of returning home, including your booking reference and details. We will do our best to help, but please note that we can only assist in coordinating with third-party service providers, who are independent from us and not under our control.
Booking Vouchers and Tickets
You will receive all your booking vouchers and tickets 3 days before your departure.
